Underground 24 V DC electro-mechanical operator for swing gates. Residential use. The automation is located underground and therefore does not affect the look of the gate. Anti-crush safety ensured by simple adjustment of the T4 POWER electronic control unit.
TECHNICAL DETAILS
Self-supporting sheet metal container coated in cataphoresis with galvanised base and upper cover housing all drive components consisting of a 24 V motor and a set of galvanised rust-proof levers to enable gate opening to 110°. EM 73N can be fitted with a separate lever system to enable opening to 140° or a chain pinion system for opening to 180°.
The optional slowdown system for EM 73N enables rapid wing movement during the stroke and slow approach during opening and closing to prevent rebound and noise. The manual lock for the SB73 emergency release system is available as an optional. This is a lock with a personalised key to prevent actuation of the wing emergency release pedal. The lock can be operated from inside and outside the gate.
